Important International Shipping Info
Due to ongoing USPS service disruptions and suspensions, there are some countries that I currently can't ship to. Please see the top of this USPS page (click on the "View Suspensions" button) to see the list of countries I'm currently unable to send packages to. Unfortunately, I can't accept orders from these countries. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
Notice for UK Customers
Because of recently enacted changes to the way VAT is processed in the UK for international packages, it makes it very complicated and difficult for me to deal with small orders. (Essentially, I'd be required to register and file forms with the UK government, and then collect and pay all VAT myself, which I'm just not set up to do as a self-run business).
This means I need to require all UK orders must be over $200 USD (before shipping). With this, you will be required to pay the VAT when the package comes through customs, when you pay any other customs fees (this was how it was set up before the Brexit changes).

How long will it take to receive my item?
Pre-order dolls and parts are custom made after the order period is over. The estimated production time is 3-4 months, but this can be shorter or longer depending on several factors. If you pre-order a doll, please be sure to check the News Page often for any updates! You can also check your order status at any time from your account page or with the link sent in your order confirmation email.
In-stock items are ready to ship immediately, and processing time is usually 1-3 days before shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package ships!
How much will shipping cost?
I use the US Postal Service for shipping. International shipping can be extremely expensive, especially if you want Express (EMS) shipping. I recommend Priority shipping for both US and international customers. It is much less expensive, but still safe and reliable in my experience.
Please note that Summerbird Studio is not responsible for any additional customs charges that might occur with international shipping. If you live in a country that commonly charges customs fees, please anticipate these possible costs when you check out.
